abr is for managing and deploying secrets, typically in conjunction with
other deployment tools such as configtool. It includes a simple templating
system, intended to be run on the target system, to merge secret data
with non-secret data stored in a configuration repository.
To address a
recent vulnerability, updates for OpenSAML libraries and
schemas were provided by debian for the "Stable" release, but as yet
have not been provided for older releases. IT Services have locally
backported the fixes to releases covered by the Long Term Support and
Extended-LTS processes. We make these available here for the
convenience of ITSS.
